The story of BIEN begins with a story of mental health. My own.

After years of struggling with anxiety, burnout and a sense of disconnection, I found myself trapped in a cycle that drained my well-being and left me feeling lost. The conventional solutions on offer — addictive medications and long, impersonal processes — only masked my pain, never truly healing it. This was true for me and many others around me.

I knew there had to be another way.

Things changed when I discovered the transformative power of psilocybin and adaptogenic mushrooms. I realised that introducing these natural solutions into people’s lives could spark profound change, helping us reconnect with ourselves and each other. A mission far greater than myself, of course, but one where I felt called to make my own contribution.
