Right of withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the receipt of your order, for unused and unopened products.

How to start a return?

Contact our customer service at info@bien.health with your order number. We'll send you the steps to follow for your return.

Refund

Once your return is received and checked, the refund is processed within 7 to 10 business days, to the payment method used for the order.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in the event of our error.

Damaged product or error

If you receive a damaged product or an error in your order, contact us within 3 days of receipt at info@bien.health, attaching a photo if possible. We'll quickly find a solution.
